HR Business Partner – People & Organisational Effectiveness (MAT)

We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner – People & Organisational Effectiveness (MAT) at The Midland Academies Trust. The post will be for 30+ hours per week.

 

The Role

To provide a high level professional Human Resources (HR) support to designated areas to support the delivery of business plans. To fully understand the business and support them in developing the culture and improving service quality and student experience.

To provide a planned HR leadership and input to designated directorates and their management and academic teams, embedding the Business Partner Model. This will involve providing specialist expertise on HR issues including the management of all associated people resourcing issues including performance and talent management, succession planning, organisational change management and organisational development.

Ensure that the Human Resources service is aligned within designated areas to promote partnership working and delivery of a proactive and customer centered service, which improves both the service and the student experience.

To take an active role in driving the HR agenda forward throughout the organisation, working in partnership with managers, staff side representatives, staff and other partners in ensuring that the organisation is an employer of choice and adopting excellent employment practice.

To actively contribute to the Organisational workforce strategies as required.

To deputise for the Head of HR when required.
