Behaviour Manager

The Role:

We are looking to recruit a full-time Behaviour Manager at Hartshill School. The post will be for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

To be responsible for the management of pupil behaviour and implement strategies that reduce removals from lessons including repeat offences. Liaise with SENCO to ensure appropriate behaviour support and intervention for any pupils with SEND needs. Be the primary point of contact for parents / carers or designated students.

Experience:

Experience of working effectively with children/young people in their education, social work, youth work or another related area of work is essential. A good understanding of school attendances systems and processes is key.

Level 3 qualifications are essential for this role.
