I think the home learning from GE has been excellent and must have taken copious amounts of planning in a very short time. Thanks you for all of your hard work for our children in this unprecedented time.
Read MoreI just wanted to let you know that the home learning has been excellent. Both girls are fully engaged in the lessons and have said that they are learning as if they are in school. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Read MoreI’d just wanted to take a moment to congratulate and thank you on your provisions for home learning during this 2nd lockdown. The platforms you have in place to facilitate home learning and the introduction of live learning sessions with the teachers far surpass my expectations From a very impressed father, thank you again.

Read MoreExcellently led school with knowledgeable teaching staff who provide quality teaching. A well rounded curriculum supported by excellent resources. My child has an effective level of scaffolding for his ability and is adequately challenged and supported even in areas he excels at. During the pandemic, the level of support and provision has been second to none! Live lessons have proven to be effective due to teachers addressing misconceptions immediately and giving feedback. Parent meetings on the School Cloud were brilliant. To be able to speak to teachers directly was beneficial to both myself and my child. The organisation and timings were good - no waiting around to speak to the next teacher. Communication is always excellent. Staff take time to contact parents with concerns as well as praise and congratulations. My child has anxiety and the majority of staff are very accommodating, offering support and advice which puts him at ease. A youth worker has been appointed after identifying the issue which I found to be very helpful. A big thank you to all at The George Eliot School for making my child's school life a great experience. And a big congratulations for providing great provision during this unprecedented time.
